The Enterprise Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in the acquisition of service-based franchise & corporate brands. The EMM owns driving their assigned prospects into the sales pipeline as qualified opportunities for the sales team.

The role will focus on the following areas:

  • Ideal Customer Expertise: Become the go-to expert for service-based franchise and corporate brands, with insights from macro & micro level customer feedback to inform into Product development, GTM strategies & messaging on a regular basis.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategy for corporate prospects in your portfolio (book of business). Evaluate and breakthrough with marketing tactics designed to get attention and create intent.
  • Collaborative Partner: Work with sales and partner marketing to identify corporate opportunities in the Edge partner ecosystem of tech and agency partners.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Own the external-facing campaigns and collateral for corporate persona, and ensure Edge platform is communicated to in such a way to express the differentiated value clearly and translated into the default enterprise solution.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Strategize how to achieve key metrics, and monitor performance to assess the effectiveness of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Event Participation: Represent Edge at brand and industry events, executive forums, and roadshows and produce and present compelling presentations - up to 10% domestic travel and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or equivalent business experience preferred
  • 3+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience
  • Knowledge of SaaS or agency solutions serving service-based franchise and corporate marketing teams
  • Solid acquisition marketing expertise, including account-based marketing (ABM), content, email, events & more
  • Creative problem solving experience with marketing campaigns designed to get attention
  • Analytic mindset; attention to detail and quality of deliverables and comfortable with deadlines and ensuring execution through measured results
  • Proven track record of results and demonstrated career progression
