Title: Sales Enablement Manager

We are talking the talk AND walking the walk, and now we are in need of a LuckyAF and Tenacious Sales Enablement leader to join us!

Pay: $100-120k OTE (DOE 70/30 split)

How You Will Succeed:

  • Develop, deploy and manage content for the sales team; internal, external and business
    • Internal: Training material, onboarding new hires
    • External: Content and cadences for lead management, talk tracks, marketing alignment
    • Business: Sales strategies and initiatives, performance analysis, tech stack & operations
  • Proactively monitor sales performance from lead generation to close to ensure ROI and optimal sales operations
  • Use data to pinpoint gaps in knowledge/strengths of the sales team and adjust accordingly
  • Coach and uplift the team live and proactively to ensure high quality lead interactions
  • Ensure content and sales operations compliance with local, state, federal and other requirements

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ successful years of experience in all aspects of sales enablement for B2B SaaS (and as detailed above)
  • Hubspot CRM expertise preferred
  • Ability to continuously pivot and upgrade current ideas, processes, etc based on active results
  • Exceptional project and task management skills
  • Healthy understanding of past and current sales ideologies and how they can best be utilized to cater to SaaS (and Edge) client base
  • Excellent leadership, communication and training skills that enable you to level up those around you
  • You know how to find the right answers by asking the right questions
  • Experience successfully collaborating with various departments
  • Genuine care for your fellow humans and a company whose mission you believe in
