Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the critical front-end of product development, ensuring that every new initiative has clear market potential and genuine customer appeal. You’ll blend data-informed market analysis with deep user understanding to shape product strategies that resonate in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market & Business Analysis

    • Research and evaluate new market segments, competitor landscapes, and emerging trends.

    • Develop insights on pricing, forecasting, and business models that inform overarching product strategies.

  2. Customer Insights & Validation

    • Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to identify key pain points and unmet needs.

    • Synthesize findings into compelling value propositions and detailed product requirements.

  3. Experimentation & Hypothesis Testing

    • Design and run rapid experiments to validate both market assumptions and user desirability.

    • Translate lessons learned into actionable recommendations that guide continuous product iteration and development.

  4. Go-to-Market Execution

    • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to define and refine launch strategies, positioning, and messaging.

    • Track and report on product adoption, usage metrics, and other success indicators to inform further product and sales strategies.

  5. Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.

    • Clearly articulate product vision, rationale, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

  6. Strategic Alignment & Iteration

    • Stay informed on industry shifts and evolving customer needs, iterating product strategies to maintain competitive edge.

    • Promote a culture of continuous discovery, data-driven decision-making, and seamless handoff from discovery to execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven Discovery and Execution Skills: 5+ years of product management or related experience focused on early-stage product strategy with proven success in both early-stage product discovery and go-to-market execution
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market research, competitive analysis, and business modeling.
  • User-Centric Approach: Skilled at gathering deep customer insights through interviews, user testing, and other research methods.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Track record of designing quick tests to validate assumptions and course-correct rapidly.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent at partnering across teams and clearly presenting findings and product plans to all levels, including executive stakeholders.
